BIO: Fellow co-founder of The Impact Group, Tom Speaks is a man of action with an expertise in motivating audiences to action. His background in political science and research methodologies has led to dozens and dozens of successful political, municipal and school-district campaigns. He wins. Tom is a fitness nut who also has a love of history, which led him to becoming a published author. His first novel, “Hannibal – The Forging” is available on Amazon, and his second novel “Lihn” is set to be released in 2018.

BIO: Dr. Greg LaForme came to IGPR as a special consultant after many years in the developmental disability industry. His vast experience with strategic planning, training, teaching, presenting, organizational/management development, levy planning and in-service development benefits many IGPR clients.

As a licensed psychologist, Dr. Greg has a unique insight that makes him a dynamic presenter and valuable member of the IGPR team.
