Position Description:
- $500 Sign-on Bonus, $250 paid upon successful completion of the 90-day introductory period and then $250 paid after 180 days; must be hired on or before 12/23/24. Former staff must be separated for at least 6 months to be eligible for the sign on bonus.
- Shadowfax is offering Credentialing for DSPs and Front Line Supervisors! Advance your career and earn an incentive bonus as each certification level is achieved. Certifications offered for DSPI, DSPII, DSPIII, and FLS.
- Full-time, including evenings and weekends
- Supervise the assigned program and staff to ensure cleanliness of the home, scheduling and training of staff, and adherence to necessary regulatory guidelines.
- Transport and accompany individuals to appointments; follow up as necessary
- 1 year of experience as a supervisor or manager is preferred
- Job responsibilities include an on-call rotation during evenings and weekends.
- Provide ongoing direct care of individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism in a residential setting. This includes all aspects of personal care and safety
- Responsible to promote and support meaningful lifestyles of each individual.
Specific Requirements and Preferences:
- Basic computer skills required
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria
- Education requirements

- A Master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university and work experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability and/or autism is preferred; OR
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 1 years work experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability and/or autism; OR
- An Associate’s degree, or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university, and 2 years work experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability and/or autism; OR
- A high school diploma or General Education Development Certificate and 3 years work experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability and/or autism
