Position Description:
Access Services is looking to welcome a Coordinator to our program team. The home base for this role is at our main office in Bethlehem, PA and requires regular travel in Lehigh, Northampton, and CMP counties. You will be part of a team working to support adults with intellectual disabilities/Autism who live in our Lifesharing provider host homes. Our team works with the provider families and the individuals to ensure the home meets the needs and preferences of the person served. As a Coordinator you will meet to review and update the individual's support plans, support the families and supervise the staff, which helps the individuals we serve attain their goals and live their best lives.

Specific Requirements and Preferences:
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university plus two years of work experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities / autism (ID/A), OR An Associate’s degree or 60 credit hours plus four years of work experience working directly with persons with ID/A OR A high school diploma plus six years of work experience working directly with persons with ID/A required.

Access Services’ Lifesharing Program has been connecting individuals with caring provider families since 1984! Lifesharing providers who open their homes offer support and guidance to empower their individual to reach for and achieve their goals and aspirations.
