Position Description:
The Human Resources Administrator serves on Corporate Committees. The Human Resources Administrator oversees development and enforcement of legally compliant human resources policies and procedures. The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for benefits and compensation programs; employee appraisal process; and oversight of payroll processing. The Human Resources Administrator creates and maintains up-to-date personnel forms and records. The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for overseeing recruitment and retention efforts and promoting positive employee relations, health, and wellness. The Human Resources Administrator is responsible to ensure the workplace is safe for all employees.

Specific Requirements and Preferences:
Preferred Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, public administration, education, or psychology, and five (5) years’ general experience in the HR field; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities; PHR and SHRM-CP certification; preferred.
  • Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues.
  • Ability to research and analyze a variety of data.
  • Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations, or government laws.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • Experience with Paylocity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of payroll laws.
  • Bi-lingual, multi-cultural skills are a plus.
