Associate Director of Day Supports

Position Description:
- Full-time salaried position
- Responsible for supervision of multiple day services and programs, including staff and individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism
- Responsibilities may include providing direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Supervisory experience is required
Specific Requirements and Preferences:
- Requires one of the following:
- A master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities and/or autism,
- OR A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities and/or autism,
- OR An associate’s degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria
- Basic computer skills required
