Position Description:
The Executive Director is responsible for the professional, effective and economically sound operations and growth of the agency to assure quality services and programs for people with disabilities and to provide the opportunities for fulfillment of QUEST's Mission.

Specific Requirements and Preferences:

• Bachelor’s degree with four years of work experience including two years in administrative or supervisory work and one-year minimum working with people with disabilities or master’s degree with two years of work experience including one year of supervisory work and one year of work with people with disabilities. 
• Driver’s License, Clear Criminal background check, FBI Clearance and Child Abuse Clearances.
• A sensitivity, experience and knowledge of both the rehabilitation program and the industrial work environments
• Professional knowledge of the delivery service system and an understanding of individual needs. 
• Experience and understanding of State Licensed 2380 Programs.
