BIO: Scott has helped providers increase their online applications for DSP jobs by over 300%, reduce turnover from 69% to 28%, and improve retention to 83%. After a recent workshop, an HR Director reported that their agency increased hires with 19 new DSPs!

He’s presented the Blitz DSP Magnet® Program nationally for both ANCOR and ACCSES.

He’s also presented at conferences and workshops for provider associations in over 16 states and 17 county boards of DD.

Scott and Craig (his father and business partner) coauthored the new book, "Heart, Hope & Honesty – How I/DD Providers Can Attract & Retain Amazing Direct Support Professionals & Thrive Despite the DSP Crisis" with his son, Scott.

Scott and Craig have a personal connection to the IDD community. They're on a mission to impact 10,000 attendees through DSP Magnet training by December 31, 2024.
