Adele Bond 

BIO: Adele Bond is a Social Security Benefits Specialist and Ticket to Work manager for Goodwill Keystone Area.  Since 2013, Adele has been helping beneficiaries of SSI, SSDI, and other public benefits make informed decisions about working by giving individualized analysis about the potential impact of work on benefits. She promotes employment by showing beneficiaries how earnings, and the use of work incentives, can improve their financial outcomes. Adele has a Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation Services from Penn State University and maintains certification as a Community Partner Work Incentives Counselor (CPWIC) from the Virginia Commonwealth University National Training and Data Center.
