Position Description:

  • Full-time, including evenings and weekends 
  • Supervise the assigned program and staff to ensure cleanliness of the home, scheduling and training of staff, and adherence to necessary regulatory guidelines.

Position Description:

  • Full-time position, 40 hrs/wk, Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm, with unpaid half-hour lunch break
  • Manage the training and development programs for staff members
  • Must obtain certifications, and provide staff training and orientation on topics such as First Aid/CPR, the MANDT System, and other training as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with the Dept. of Human Services regulations related to staff training
  • Experience directly supporting individuals with IDD is preferred
  • Experience using a learning management system is preferred
