PAR members and associates need to register the first time they visit the PAR website in order to activate a user name and password. This user name and password will allow you access all "Members Only" areas of www.par.net, including access to PAR Mails, mental retardation regulations, bulletins, laws and more.

Please do not forget to enter the name of your organization (if applicable). This is how we identify PAR members.
