PAR is a nonprofit organization that represents the majority of home and community-based service providers in Pennsylvania. PAR members provide services and supports to tens of thousands of individuals in Pennsylvania with autism and/or intellectual disability. PAR’s mission is to strengthen the capacity of its membership to provide person-centered services to Pennsylvanians with intellectual disability and/or autism.
Our membership collectively represents over $1.68 Billion in autism and intellectual disability services and supports in Pennsylvania. PAR Provider Members employ over 35,000 Pennsylvanians in over 7,900 locations in the Commonwealth, in addition to numerous non-residential and in-home supports.

PAR is the premier source of information and resources on autism and ID services in Pennsylvania. PAR Mail, PAR’s almost daily publication to members, brings members the latest and best information needed to operate successfully in the autism and intellectual disabilities fields. Additionally, PAR members have full access to all of the online resources available at www.par.net.

Public Policy Representation
PAR advocates on behalf of autism and ID issues at all levels of government – local, state, and federal. We work with the legislature, the administration, AEs, coalitions, advocates, and families and consumers to represent the mission of PAR members to provide quality ID and autism services and supports.

PAR Services Network (PSN)
PSN is a user-friendly online search tool that helps consumers, families and supports coordinators find services and supports offered by PAR members in their area. Anyone can search for services using the PAR Services Network, but having your organization listed in PSN’s search results is an exclusive PAR member benefit.
CareCareer is a user-friendly online search tool that is free for all job seekers to use, but limited to PAR members to post job openings, free of charge.
PAR offers members assistance on any issue related to autism or intellectual disabilities services. We respond quickly and efficiently to member requests for information and assistance.
